The Islamic Educational Center of North Hudson
The Islamic Educational Center of North Hudson was established on August 28, 1992, to represent and serve the interests of the Muslim community in the area, to educate Muslims and Non-Muslims about Islam, and to promote friendly relations and mutual understanding between them.
Besides regular Muslim prayers and holiday events, the Center hosts many social and educational activities for children and adults. NHIEC is also highly active in community outreach work.

Organization: NHIEC is a not-for-profit organization managed by an elected Board of Trustees and an Executive Committee.

Location: The Center is located in Union City, NJ, housed in a landmark building of 20,000 square feet spanning four floors. It is situated just a few minutes away from the Lincoln Tunnel, providing easy access to New York City.
Vision & Goals
NHIEC seeks to raise public awareness of the correct understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, and empower American Muslims. The Center aspires to be a bridge between peoples and cultures to foster religious harmony, values of tolerance, kindness, and compassion, and to build alliances that support mutual understanding.
